Hello Pain in the right side in abdomen , also in the center , bending increases pain. Such type of acute pain in the right side in abdomen may be due to these possibilities, these include. 1 Right renal colic , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of abdomen with both kidneys. 2 Acute appendicitis may be the another cause of such acute pain Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination as well as ultrasound of appendix. 3 Consolidation of lower lobe of lung may causes such type of referral pain . diagnosis can be confirmed by X ray chest . However, there are so many other possibilities of such pain but in the absence of complete history it is not possible to establish exact diagnosis . I recommend you please consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is important. Good luck.
