HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The fluids are very important in the treatment of dengue. He or she needs a lot of fluid.
If the platelets drop lower, he or she may need an infusion of platelets to bring them back up.

The doctors would also be monitoring for any signs/symptoms of bleeding and would be checking the blood pressure, pulse and platelet count at regular intervals.

I hope this helps
