Hi, here common cause seems to be ulcer or inflammation of GI tract.don't take enema haphazardly.make your life style healthy.
Take more fluid and fibre containing food to relieve constipation.start omeprazole for 2 week to see improvement.start amoxicillin along with it for week.still no improvement then do stool examination for occult blood and USG abdomen for further work up
