Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Diarrhoea

I have had pain, bloat , extreme gas, and on again off again diarea for over two weeks. I have some days of no symptoms . My discomfort is all in the upper stomach area. It is bad enough at times I have to lie down to releive the pain. Could I have some kind of food poisening? should I go to the emergency?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be food poisoning but it seems to be infection, condition seems to be along with acidity and these both needs to be managed with anti-biotic and PPI like Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice in day for five days and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for three weeks, if the symptoms are severe then you can go to ER hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
