pain under belly button moves to right side in appendix area now pain up and down right side under rib also pain under armpit also i notice a soft lump below ribs ,hurts when i woke up this morning and now pain on lower left side and the pain seems less intense in the morning and very intense toward evening stomach hurts cant eat feel full if i try to eat feel nausea and stomach hurts. i also feel pressure and pain in my private area and my rectum. i also have pain down my legs also running a fever off and on. its so much i just cant figure it out i just know im so week and dont feel well and the pain is so bad i want to pull my hair out i have to bend over all the time from the pain . can anybody help PLEASE.thank you
