Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Loose Stools

I have chronic twitching throughout my abdomen, and recently began having sever pain in my lower right part of my abdomen/groin area with what feels like pressure from a fetus stretching out but I am not pregnant, also I have had a change in bowel symptoms in the last 4 weeks, I have loose stools 5 times a day roughly.

I really appreciate your concern, the pain could be due to smooth muscle spasm but it may not cause diarrhea if this is the symptoms or diarrhea then it may be nonspecific you could wait for some time it will come around if not then you can try tab Metronidazole.
