Im concerned I may have serious problem with my pancreas -- 8 months of upper left abdomen pain that is right under my ribs but feels deep -- sometimes the pain is in the same area but in my flank. My stools sometimes are very light and seem marbled tan and cream colored - not every time. My urine is sometimes dark like weak tea. I ve had ct scan, (raised questions --stranding near pancreas); MRI was not remarkable. Genetic test for celiac was negative. H. Pylori positive. Pill cam showed nothing to note. One gastro doctor gave up--new doctor dismisses it as irritable bowel and put me on FODMAP diet. Three weeks and no change in pain. No medicines. I was treated with triple therapy for h. Pylori. Any suggestions?
