Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Blood Clots While Urination

I am not on my period but I am having black blood clots when I pee. My upper abdominal has also been hurting and the pain goes to my back. I am not pregnant but I did have an infection about a month ago. I went to my doctor and they prescribed me medication, which then solved that problem. Now it seems to be back, but worse. Do you have any idea what this is?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The history of an infection about a month back indicates the possibility of a recurrence.
The passage of hte black clots at urination, back pain and pain in the upper abdomen can suggest a chronic tubal pregnancy, uterine infection or PID.
I would advise you the following:
Preliminary ultrasonography and CT scan along with tests of the blood, urine and stool will help for the diagnosis and plan a proper treatment.
