Today, I was working outside, and I had to bend and twist a little bit. I had this horrible cramp attack in my abdomen that went clear up to my esophagus. It was very painful like someone was wringing out my intestines. I tried standing up, but it was like pulling on a large rubber band. I fell to the concrete abruptly rolling on the hot cement in one direction and then another. Two people stopped their vehicle and helped me up. I was battered and sore but that stomach pain was the worst pain I ve ever had. What caused it and why?
