Suggest Treatment For Abdominal And Back Pain

I developed tenderness on my right side and as the weeks continued I suddenly a week and a half ago developed excruciating pain in my abdomen and back. I have a low grade fever between 99.2 -99.9. I had a CT scan, Ultrasound, and Vascular Ultrasound. The only test that came back with something was the CT scan that showed a dark wedge on my kidney. I have never had a UTI or kidney damage. They did blood work and a urine. The urine test came back clean with no infection but slight trace of blood as well as increase in BUN and Creatine. My blood work came back with one elevated liver enzyme. He did a pelvic exam and that was clean as well. I am have lost weight, been nauseated, and fatigued. I am worried and not getting any answers. The pain has continued and not relieved with antibiotics or with pain killers. What should I have my doctor look at next? What could this be?

HI.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Read the history with the only few positive findings of dark wedge on the kidney on CT scan traces of blood in the urine and increased BUN Creatine one liver enzyme.
I would think of the following causes as the reason for your sudden excruciating pain in abdomen and back:
The Kidney being on the posterior wall can give pain like this and the minimal temperature rise is suggestive of non-infectious reason.
I would think of an infarct of the kidney/

I would suggest you the following:
TO go for Renogram to get a confirmed diagnosis under the care of a Nephrologist and to get further treatment as advised by him
