Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Koch

my brother aged 55 years is suffering from suspected abdoman koch but same has not been clear from USG ans CTscan and thereafter leproscopy has been advised before starting treatment and no medicine has been advised so far so kindly advise us what should be next course of action in this?

Hi, Thanks for asking HCM.
Wish you had details of other investigations as well, then it would have been easier to answer.
There must be some findings indicative of abdominal kochs that is why doctors have advised laparoscopy to make sure before starting medication.
It seems Until they are very sure they will not start any medication as it has a long course and it is harsh on patients to put them through all those medication without confirming diagnosis.
Also they may be planning for biopsy at the same time to confirm the diagnosis.
Be assured they are doing their best.
