Suggest Treatment For A Thick Wall Bladder

We were told recently that our 29 year old handicapped son has a thick wall bladder and that he would have to live with a catheter for the rest of his life. Is there any treatment for thick wall bladder?
Up until his recent hospitalization his bladder was functioning normally.

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*Thick wall bladder is host response to any underlying inflammation , it is
not a major disease but presents any bacteriological issue underneath.
*Treatment for it depends on the causative factors & associated conditions
*Life long catheter need is not because of thick wall bladder but it is
because of his Neurological condition.
Hope this clears your query.
Thanks for using Health care magic & giving me an opportunity to assist
you.
Wishing him a healthy life ahead.
Regards dear take care.
