Suggest Treatment For A Thick Endometrium

hallo Doctor, we are married for last 1.5yr, i am trying to concieve since 1 yr, but till now no gud results hd cmz, nw i consulted a dr. she had a scan on 14th day, in the scan there was : 1 DF of 17*16MM, endometrium 15MM,fluid was also present in POD, Impression: pre-ovulatory, receptive endometrium, post scan report dr. told me to come on 17th day for scan again, on test on the 17th day results as : post ovulatory receptive ends 20MM, fluid in POD present. now the dr. put me on duphaston 10mg tablets with ovacare capsules, kindly tell me abt the second test,what is post ovulatory receptive ends 20MM, i kw that DF is dominant folicle, Regards Sumita.

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the pregnancy is concern it can not be said to be abnormal one even if it is the obvious abnormality because pregnancy is he natural and physiological phenomenon, it is depends upon the some factors like presence of sperm, ovum, at the time of coitus or it should be ovulation phase, and of course some compatible factors are also requires hope this information helps.
