Suggest Treatment For A Small Bump In The Labia Majora
I have a small read bump on my labia minora. I was wondering what it could possibly be. It showed up a few days ago. The bump isn't painful, I'm just concerned as to what it could be. I tend to sweat a lot in my vaginal area, could it be from sweat or vaginal discharge?
Hello This could be vaginal discharge Here I would like further information for better assessment of the condition. Are you sexually active Any recent exposure of unprotected sex? Relevant medical history like diabetes, liver or kidney disease
I see patients with similar problem in my clinic I would advise them for battery of tests to rule out STI like Serological tests for syphilis, Chancroid, herpes or LGV.
After confirmation of diagnosis by physical examination and lab reports I would them on antibiotics under supervision.
Meanwhile maintain good hygiene Hot water bath is advisable wash your private parts with antiseptic soap or solution and keep it clean and moist
I hope you will find my response informative and helpful. Best wishes
