Suggest Treatment For A Pressure On The Shoulder

There is a tough area on the top and back of my left shoulder every bit of pressure, even a tight shirt makes the pain worse. When too much pressure is applied, such as a bag on my shoulder, it causes my arm to fall asleep this has been going on for about 6 months

After going through your query I concluded that you have got pain whenever pressure is applied over shoulder cuasing the your upper limb numb and sleeping. It may be something applying pressure over nerves compressing them and causing numbness. You should get MRI of your brachial plexus and shoulder region to further investigate the cause.
