It is a white circle in frount of my tounge and it hurts and burns. I cut back on how much I use my mouthwash but it still hurts very much and my tongue still hits the back of my teeth when should that go down so it doesn t do that anymore?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted a lesion on the tip of the tongue.
Such painful lesions are usually aphthous ulcers.
Exact reason isn't known and thus the treatment is always empirical in the form of multivitamins, metronidazole, painkillers, local astringent creams and so on.
Try these, consult a good doctor to get a confirmed diagnosis and any additional treatment.
