I have a red dot on the bottom of my left big toe. It hurts and even more so when I apply pressure like walking. Months before the red dot appeared, I had pain and numbness in the toe. I thought it was because of the cold weather. Is this a blood clot? Circulation issue? I am anemic and only weigh 120

that red dot can be plantar wart. u need to visit a dermatologist and get it removed. there are various modalities of removal like cautery, chemical application or lasers.
