I had a rash on my penus that was very painful. I went to see the doctor three weeks ago and he gave me antibotics and a fungle cream. That did not clear it up, so I went back about a week and a half ago. He gave me an oral anti fungule. Slight improvement but rash still not gone, and there is a white /clear discharge from the head now. What is goin on??
