Suggest Treatment For A Painful Pimple On The Nipple

Okay well i ve had sex with my boyfriend a week and 6 days ago and i just got a pimple on my nipple but i just pinched it and got all the white stuff out and it doesn t hurt. Why is this pimple there? It s starting to go away. I ve had it for like 2 days. I m very scared.
