I studied your query in details and understood your concerns. @My impression of your painful lump on the knee-is as follows- -Could be-Infra-Patellar Bursitis with Hydro-arthrosis- due to - Synovitis with Arthritis of Knee joint with -Morant Baker s Cyst of knee -causing back of knee swelling.
