Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Anus

Hello, So from an earlier age I ve always had a couple of drops of blood from my anus after I ve gone to the toilet, but recently I have developed a lump (thought it was a little cyst because I could pop it) near it, but after popping it it s turned into a firm lump.... should I be worried?

Hi,Dear,Welcome to HCM. Based on the facts of your query,You seem to suffer from-Prolapsed Internal Piles with hardening from popping.This is due to the internal bleeding which makes it Firm lump.
Earlier you had painless bleed from this Internal Piles,which got prolapsed and is coming out now as-Painful Mass in the anus,after it popping by you.
Treatment-
Sitz bath.
Liq.Paraffin to soften stools
Antibiotics -like Ciplox 250 mg/ Motrin 400 mg for 5 days time.
Keep a Watch for any increase in pain or/ increase in size.
Take Surgeons second opinion to check any complication out of
popping.
