First i felt a bump behind my ears (approx. 2 inch from ears) then after a week or so, i felt a hole, not too deep but, i always feel dizzy, and my head hurts, not a normal headache, but the bump behind my ears hurts. And sometimes i feel like something is squeezing my head. What is this?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of bump approximately 2 inches away and behind the ears, not so deep whole after about a week. You feel always dizzy, there is pain in the head, not a normal headache. There is a feeling of squeezing of the head.

It looks from your history that both the things may not be related as the lumps behind the ears are usually not related to the headache.

I would advise you the following:
Get a clinical evaluation by an ENT Surgeon, he shall examine and get the investigations like Contrast enhanced CT scan of the head and the mastoids to come to a conclusion about the diagnosis and plan a proper treatment.
The probable cause for the swelling behind the ears may be due to enlarged lymph nodes or infected sebaceous cysts.
The causes of headache can be anything ranging from hypertension, stress, anxiety or some intra-cranial pathology.
This can be diagnosed with assistance of a Neurologist and investigations.
