Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bruise On The Buttock

Hello, I went roller blading about a week ago. Upon getting up off a curb, my skate went out from underneath me and I fell. My right side of my butt hit the curb then the pavement. I ve had a huge bruise that goes across my right cheek and up to the top of my iliac crest. The bruise is healing, but now I m starting to get a stinging, pins and needles to sharp pain in my right glute when the muscle is squished or when I sit in certain positions. The muscle where the pain is coming from is also hard a swollen, still a little hot as well. Is this normal? Or should I go get X-rays?

your symptoms clearly indicate soft tissue injury but still u should get x rays done to rule out any fractures. as for the soft tissues they need time to heal. give them few weeks. they will heal on there own. meanwhile u can take tablet chymoral forte twice daily for ur pain n also to reduce the inflammation
