A year ago I started with a dot of pain above my eye which then escalated to my nose, cheek, back of head, and jaw. At the same time, I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency and I also have low iron. My B12 was 91 when I was diagnosed with the deficiency. My iron usually runs around 10 (sometimes less). A year later I am still having the pain on and off and I get severe fatigue that is all consuming. I have no energy and when I try to do something, my heart rate goes up and lately I have had an increase in my blood pressure which was always low. These symptoms come and go but lately the episodes are closer together. I am only 45 and sick of being tired and miserable. Also, sometimes with this pain in my head which is only left sided, I can feel a pressure like feeling in the side of my head on that side. Any idea what is going on?
