Suggest Treatment For A Lump In The Labia Majora

Good evening, On my labia minora (inner lips), I seem to have developed a red pea shaped lump. The lip it is on has swollen slightly. It does not burn, nor does it ache unless touched by fingers or tissue paper. It to be honest looks like a really bad ingrown hair, but as there are no hairs that grow on my inner lips, I am worried. I went to bed with no problems, and woke with this.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Bartholinitis. For such condition in my patients i initially advise to do warm compress with towel and saline wash.If no improvement then i advise antibiotics like clindamycin.I also recommend my patients to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
