Hi. just today I noticed an uncomfortable sensitivity between my left leg and my scrotum, like something had been chafing there for a while. Upon self examination, I found that there is a lump there. It is about an inch long and between a quarter to a half an inch wide. It is irritated to touch, and painful when pressed down lightly. It is directly on top of the tendon there from the leg to crotch area. I also want to add that for the past three days I have been quite active and have been sweating a lot. I showered yesterday morning, sweated more through the day yesterday, then went to bed without showering. It is now 4:00 pm and I still haven t showered since yesterday morning. Just thought I might include this info, thinking it might have something to do with it. Should I just wait a while and see if it goes away on its own?
