Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello
Keloids are collection of fibrous tissue.
Three modalities of treatment are available.
1. topical application of silicon gel
2. Application of liquid nitrogen.
3. Intra lesional injection of steroid.
I have seen best response with the third modality.
Please discuss with your dermatologist.
Thank you
