Suggest Treatment For A Itchy Red Rash On The Labia Majora

I have a flat red rash on pubis mons and groin initially was a yeast infection 3 different antifungal's and 3 topical creams last one being triamcinalone cream yeast is gone, but this rash persists I do take hydroxurea among other meds I'm at a loss here I have seen 2 MDS and 1NP no one can tell me why the rash continues and it only itches occasionally. help

The possibilities are infective causes like a fungal infection.

As a first line management, you can apply steroid-antifungal combination like Betamethasone-Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
