Suggest Treatment For A Hormonal Problem

I have been on thyroid meds. for about 36 years . My blood test seem to have a lot of difference in a six month time my THS #IN OCT.2013 WAS 3.908 in feb. 2014 THS #1.428 Iwould like to know should be concerned? I am having quiet a few other systems also.

Your TSH level is within the normal ranges (both in october 2013 and in Feb 2014), no sign or symptoms are expected to be caused by it.
Continue with the same dose.
