Suggest Treatment For A Hole In The Intestine

I have a hole in my intestine. It has been there for almost 4 months. There is an abcess off it with a drain in it so it drains fluid out. The hole is not closing. They are talking about surgery. Is there anyway to heal the hole? SHould I stop letting it drain 24 hours a day to see if closes? I only have 2 more weeks till I have to have surgery. I have been on iv's for almost 4 months.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the hole of intestine because it is medical emergency and demands the immediate attention and it can not remained up to 4 month, still if it is true then it need to be repaired surgically as soon as it is possible, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
