Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have umbilical or para umbilical hernia or it may be some soft tissue tumour of muscle sheath. You should go for ultrasound study of that lump and physical examination. If it is hernia then you should go for surgery. If it is tumour then go for biopsy and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
