Suggest Treatment For A Hard Knot Inside The Bruise On Arm

hello i have a bruise un my upper arm. it looks like a bruis that i get after giving blood but i havent given blood and it has like a little spot on the insid of the bruise and now there is like a little hard ball inside of it. like you can only feel it when you push on the bruis a little

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Possible injury has led to blood vessel damage.
2. You are suffering from superficial thrombophlebitis, which is similar to after donation of blood for tests. Thrombus has formed inside, which feels like hard knot.
3. Not to worry, it will dissolve on its own. The thrombus is too small, to cause any damage.
4. Low molecular heparin cream application over the bruise could be helpful. No other treatment necessary. It will dissolve within a week.
