Suggest Treatment For A Ganglion Cyst On Left Wrist

Hi doctor . I have been having a ganglion cyst on my left wrist 5 mnths back . At that tym doctor said give rest to your wrist it heal by itself the size of cyst was greatly reduced and pain was also reduced but not completly disappered . But frm last week the pain has again started there as i move my wrist . I hav been going to gym now i left it . I went to a homeo pathic doctor he has given me some nedicine and said using them cyst will dissolve . Should i carry on the same procedure ? Should i go for aspiration ? Or should i go for operation now ? As i want to continue my exrcises and sports again

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I share your concern
Once ganglion cyst has started troubling its better to get it drained

I am not sure if homeopathic medicine is going to help you
Meanwhile you can take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen for pain and discomfort.

If you can upload an image and provide more relevant information I will be able to help you better
Thanks for your question
Best wishes
