Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

Dryness of the nose coud be due to various causes. Unless the cause is not treated your symptoms will not improve. Drink lots of warm water, avoid coffee, use saline nasal spray as frequently as possible. Also, try using saline nasal ointment after the spray;both in combination will keep the nose moist.

Alternatively, use a preparation made of glycerine and 25% dextrose (1:4) and instill inside the nose.
