Suggest Treatment For A Clot In The Eye

my son 8 years oldwas hit hard by a cricket ball two days ealier. after injury for few hours the eye didn't open. After medicating his eyes with eyedrops now he is opening his eyes .he has a clot and redness still in the eyes. His vision is fine yet is there something to worry about the red clot or will it be fine.

Look in case of eye injury the vision is important and the retina if these are intact then no need to worry about the redness because this would come around may take some time, better to see the ophthalmologist for retina examination if not gone, take care.
