Suggest Treatment For A Bump On The Leg

well i have this bump on my leg i noticed the other day, and its near my tibia leg bone, there is actually to bumps on near my tibia one right on it and one off to the right side of it. if i take my hand and press firmly on my leg bone (tibia) it feels as if there is two chunks of my bone off place and the bumps feel like there pieces of my bone. I have had extreme pain coming form the middle of my leg but it is very rare it will happend it felt like my bone was on fire and I am not sure what this means please help.

Hello,

I can understand your concern for bump on the leg at tibial bone. You have not mentioned your age, sex and other of drug history so that I could have reached to a most probable cause of the condition.
In my view it appears to be related to insect bite duet o which you have got all the problems of pain and itching over the area.

I suggest you to keep a watch over the bump for bump on the leg at tibial bone and if it increases then can meet a family physician or preferably a dermatologist for best help.

Till that time you can apply an antibiotic and steroid based cream such as fucidin or gentamycin over the affected area. You can take a pain killer such as paracetamol or diclofenac for one to two times daily.

Do not try to pinch and pop the area as can get further infected.
