Suggest Treatment For A Bad Stomach

Thanks good evening I would like to ask a question. My grandson who is 15 years old, has a very bad stomach, whatever he eats his stomach feels gases and hurts and he also has 2-3 bowel movements per day for long periods of time. Can you suggest anything.?
