Radiologist 's  Response
Hello

Blood in urine (hematuria) may be due to UTI,genito-urinary calculus, tumour etc.
It is important to exclude tumour etc due to her age.
Up to 5 pus cells in urine is acceptable.
She may need clinical evaluation and few investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test and ultrasound of KUB.
Ultrasound of KUB region is very important and it can exclude many causes.
CT scan of abdomen can be done after evaluation.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take Care
