Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to your narration it seems that you have a calculus problem in the kidney or ureter.

Discomfort after medications is drug induced, which may be antispasmodic molecule or else.

Strong recommendations for you:
• Continue to consume plenty of liquids
• Cranberry sachets with citrus fruits help a lot
• Take only acetaminophen as a pain killer after meals
• Can continue antibiotics
• In our clinic, we recommend urinary alkalizers, chewable vitamin C supplements also
• Keep genitals clean and dry
• Consume balanced nutritious diet to combat the position
• Take an appointment for ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis
• Keep your BP, blood sugar under control

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
