Suggest Treatment For UTI Infection After Child Birth

I gave birth 3 weeks ago (forceps delivery) week later got told I had a UTI blood and protien where in urine. Got a 3 day course of antibiotics didnt work symptoms worsened got put on new antibiotics. Sympotms worse again foul smell white floating particles in urine severe pain in both sides and back urinating more and when urinating loads of discomfort. Feel really washed out and dizzy

Hi!!
Go for urine culture test so that we can find out the organism causing infection and also the antibiotics to which it is sensitive. Also take plenty of fluids and cranberry juice. This juice is beneficial in urinary tract infection.
