Suggest Treatment For UTI In Children

my baby age 3.1 years.she is suffering from urine infection.first start 9 months age on thet time using anti biotch injections dialy twice.but repeated ofter 1 year using zifi dry syrup 10 days.she takeing 1 ltr water dialy,no using diaper.plz tell me permanent solution..............

Hi...Greeting from Chennai. as she had Urinary infection (UTI) twice till now, by definition she falls into the category of complicated UTI. She will require an Ultrasound abdomen and also a MCU test to be done. After this if she is found to have reflux she needs to be on medicines to prevent further infections.
