Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.

As your husband's rash is open and bleeding, there is a possibility that it could be infected. If infection is present he would need antibiotics which are available only on prescription.

Can I advise you to see a dermatologist,so that he could thoroughly examine and assess the rash. Your husband may be prescribed emollients, steroids and antibiotics depending on the severity.

I wish your husband a quick recovery.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you.
Regards
