Hello Ms. Shilpa,
Firstly, let me say that PCOD is a common problem now-a-days and has many positive treatment available. There is no need to worry. Since you have fairly regular cycles, your ovulation status is perhaps normal. This means, you could be ovulating every two months and in such an instance, natural conception should not pose a problem. You can get this ascertained by a specialist through clinical evaluation and follicular studies. Hair fall can be treated by specific treatments like Minoxidil. Metformin is an useful drug to help induce spontaneous ovulation by correcting insulin resistance. Regular exercise, proper weight balance and a healthy diet are needed. Hope this helps.
