Suggest Treatment For Pansinusitis And Deviated Septum Other Than Surgery

I have been diagnosed with Pansinusitis and have been advised to undergo Surgery to remove the nasal Polyps.
I also have a deviated septum which also requires a surgery.
Could you please advise if there is any other alternative to surgery?
Can't I get rid of the polyps with any home remedies like steam inhalation?

hi.
I understand ur fear for surgery .
just steam inhalation does not help to relieve from obstruction from polyps .
intranasal topical steroids like monetasone can be used .
these drugs when used topically have very few side effects when used on long term basis.
if u have antrochoanal polyp surgery is the only option.
but if it is ehtamoidal polyp , steroids can help u to relieve symptoms
I find this answer helpful
