Suggest Treatment For PCOS

Hello I was diagnosed with PCOS back in the UK. My hubby and I are trying for a baby (I have had 2 children already) but I am now 38 and we have been trying for 3 months yet nothing. Is there anything I can do naturally to help my PCOS other than have to take meds. Normally I was über fertile and got pregnant so easily? Is age a factor also? Thanks

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Yes, age would play a role though plenty of women conceive at you age or older.

Weight loss of any excess weight would help improve the fertility issues that can be associated with PCOS

If there is no improvement then you can try medications to see if this would help.
There are medications that can help induce ovulation.

I hope this helps
