Suggest Treatment For MND

my father is diagonised with MND and one of the neurophysician has preceribed Miraqule 100. since he started taking the tablet his muscles have relaxed quite well but he still cannot stand and walk. the muscle relaxation is more pronounced during sleeping posture else it comes stiff. he has lost his voice and we feed him through PEG. his mid is very active but cannot talk or walk. can you please help if you know how we address the same

Motor neuron disease at present is incurable disease. Various new treatment are undergoing clinical trials. Only drug which is effective is riluzole 100mg/day and you are taking. Speech synthesizers can be used. Foot drop splint and finger extension splint can be useful.
