Suggest Treatment For IBS

I have IBS and for the last 4 months my stomach looks like I m 22 or 3 months pregnant I have seen my Doctor and he tried everything I did have a Colon. And was told there was no Cancer I just had a CT scan and it showed I have much much stool in my intestines my Doctor told me th take Magnesium and my stomach is still the same and I only went a little I m beside myself Please Please tell me what I should do. Hello dear
I understand your concern
IBS is functional bowel disorder without any damage to gastrointestinal tract.
Consult the gastroenterologist for better management.
Doctor will give following advises:
Take stool softer like cremafin or lactulose
Soluble fiber like senna or isphagul
Capsule sporolac
Tablet metocloprmide on empty stomach
Take more yogurt and buttermilk
Take diet like banana, applesauce, rice and toast
Tablet dicyclomine and mebeverine
Sublingulal tablet of vitamin B12 and folic acid
Drink plenty of lukewarm water
Do regular exercise like walking and yoga
Avoid stress
