sir iam 46 year old man, i am suffering from IBS & rapid bowl movement, i was into lot of medication, finally i take folvite tab & codeiane sulfate. which has made some improvement. i use to get this back when i take milk product . or in every once in year. what should i do for this

avoid spicy fatty fried and junk food or carbonated drinks
