Suggest Treatment For Hepatitis C

Hello! I have hepatitis C and my latest lab work shows my HGB at 8.52 and PLT at 55800 after my 6th dose of weekly Interferon. My doctor has already reduced my doses, but i don't know if i should continue with my treatment. What would you advise me? I should also mention that i am currently on Warfarin after an episode of pulmonary embolism last year, i am 51, 178cm and 80 kg
