In viral hepatitis our immunity play role in eliminating virus.... So healthy and balanced diet taken with low fat.... Refined food, junk foods , non veg restricted.... Some good food for liver taken like .... -carrot -papaiya -dandelion -lemon juice -onion -spinach etc..... Fruits taken more..... One tsp crushed carom and cumin seed with water can be taken daily..... Avoid alcohol... If HBSag positive more then 6 month then chronic infection is there for which regular follow up then needed with good dietary habit... If chronic active stage occurs then antiviral drugs can given.
